The SAQA Spotlight Auction will be an online event taking place from March 26 to April 5, 2025 .  My piece, 'Lunch in Berlin', is available, and bidding is open to anyone.  Nearly 400 pieces have been donated for this event, and all proceeds help support SAQA programs.   

Late last year I had the amazing opportunity to work with Art Quilting Studio Magazine and contribute my story and images of my art which appear in the 'Artist Portfolio' section.  It can be found in the current Spring 2025, Volume 17 - Issue 1, now available on newsstands.  Or you can visit their website to purchase a copy of this latest issue.   

I submitted one of my flower applique pieces for the latest Quilting Arts reader challenge, 'Fabulous Flowers'.  My piece can be found on page 87 of the Spring 2025 issue 125.  Visit their website to purchase a digital or print version of this latest issue. 

My art piece 'Sightseeing in New Orleans' was accepted into the Tactile Architecture exhibit in Houston.  I had the opportunity to discuss my quilt with Lilo Bowman of The Quilt Show while at the festival.  Watch the interview on Alex Anderson Live on YouTube.
